Customer Service Representative

Dakota Sourcing, LLC is looking for talented, self-driven, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team.

OVERVIEW

Full-time, Monday-Friday Customer Service

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter or cancel orders. Split orders to allocate to different warehouses. Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Handle complaints, product recalls, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Maintain inventory in a computer system to make sure it's updated on time and be 100% accurate.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven customer service experience. Track record of over-achieving quota Excellent phone presence and experience Must be proficient at operating Microsoft Office Suite of software (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent ability to write and communicate your ideas clearly and in a proficient manner. Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Must have reliable transportation and a valid South Dakota driver's license. Must be able to pass background and drug tests.

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE

(not required) Experience with SAP ERP software preferred. Experience and/or knowledge of HVAC. 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Building is optimism
