Customer Service Representative

Location:

Rancho Santa Margarita, California The customer service representative books groups, tours, parties, and special events via computer from our corporate office. The representative answers incoming calls in a timely and professional manner and generates written correspondence and event proposals. Additionally, they serve as a key point of contact for gathering and documenting customer feedback and provide administrative and logistical support for marketing initiatives and community events.
