Job Description

Overview We are seeking a driven and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
Typical duties include:
1. Customer Interaction Answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers Assisting customers with product or service questions Providing accurate information about pricing, availability, and policies 2. Order Processing & Management Entering and processing customer orders accurately Tracking shipments and updating customers on order status Handling order modifications, cancellations, and returns 3. Problem Resolution Addressing customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments Following up to ensure customer concerns are resolved satisfactorily 4. Record Keeping & Documentation Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Updating customer accounts and order histories in the system Preparing reports on customer feedback and recurring issues 5. Sales & Upselling (if applicable) Suggesting additional products or services to meet customer needs Processing payments and refunds when necessary Assisting with promotions and discounts 6. Collaboration & Communication Coordinating with other departments (sales, shipping, billing) to ensure smooth operations Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends Participating in team meetings and training sessions 7. Adherence to Policies & Procedures Following company guidelines for handling customer interactions Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations Maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions Experience Ability to communicate professionally Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Punctuality and consistent work attendance are expected Proficiency in

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
