Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong background in administrative and customer support functions. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional assistance and ensuring smooth office operations. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor will be essential to your success. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients promptly, courteously, and professionally at the front desk or via multi-line phone systems. Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and handle customer support with patience and clarity. Maintain accurate data entry records using computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information. Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping. Support clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized environment. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Previous office experience including clerical work, data entry, filing, and administrative support is preferred. Knowledge of office management practices combined with strong time management skills. Experience in customer service roles with a focus on client satisfaction and problem resolution. Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant experience will be considered. Pay:
