Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, providing professional and courteous service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel Assist customers with inquiries, product information, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information in our agency management system Support office operations by handling clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing calendars, and organizing files Provide administrative support by managing incoming correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth daily office functions Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer support and uphold high standards of office management Must be willing to work towards obtaining insurance license Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions via multi-line phone systems Previous office or clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Knowledge of Insurance is preferred but not required Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently for optimal workflowJoin us in delivering outstanding customer service while advancing your career in a vibrant office environment! Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
