Customer Service Representative

Description Take inquiries from customers inquiring to provide quotes and put through customer's orders Verify accuracy of customer purchase orders and reconcile customer payments, and customer shipping information Answer customers concerns/questions via phone and email Process incoming customer inquiries and triage appropriately within the company Enter orders and understand order processing, reviewing purchase orders and sales orders Serve as liaison between departments to ensure customer issues are communicated and escalated appropriately Navigate through customer data base and provide correct information to customers Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism Follow up with customers or order status, missing information, etc. Collaborate with internal sales team and teammates to assist when needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
