Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the manufacturing of PET plastic bottles. In this role, you'll handle the full order-to-shipment process working closely with internal teams and freight partners to ensure smooth, on-time delivery across the U.S., Canada, and Mexicо. This is a hands-on operations role that blends technical accuracy, time-sensitive execution, and coordination across teams.

What You'll Do:

Enter and manage sales orders using SAP (Sales & Distribution modules) Coordinate with production and planning to confirm product availability and lead times Schedule shipments and prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) Communicate with freight carriers and coordinate outbound logistics (domestic & cross border) Use Trello to track orders, manage deadlines, and stay organized Collaborate daily with production, planning, and sales teams to align operations Monitor and analyze orders, inventory, and shipping activity using Google Sheets Maintain accurate documentation and workflow using Google Docs and shared drives

What You'll Need:

2+ years of experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain roles Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP systems) Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs Familiarity with Trello or similar task management tools Knowledge of shipping processes and freight coordination (including BOLs) Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple moving parts

Bonus Points For:

Experience in the manufacturing, plastics, or packaging industries Knowledge of logistics and compliance for U.S., Canada, and Mexico shipments.
