Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial exchanges. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and service satisfaction. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain organized office records and documentation related to customer interactions. Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. Skills Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining financial accuracy. Computer literacy with experience in using various software applications for customer management. Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on customer needs. Excellent client service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Experience in outbound calling for follow-ups or sales initiatives is a plus.
