Shift -9 a.m. to 5:30 pm (Tuesday-Saturday)

Pay Rate:

$18 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to support daily logistics and customer communication operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a reliable work ethic. Key Responsibilities  Conduct driver check-ins and assist with dispatch coordination  Review delivery photos and verify delivery completion details  Manage schedules and update dispatch information as needed  Respond professionally to incoming calls and emails  Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams  Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on issues  Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Qualifications  Previous customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred  Strong communication and organizational skills  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  Basic computer proficiency and email management skills  Dependable attendance and punctuality  Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Additional Information  Business casual attire required o No leggings or athletic wear permitted  Overtime available during peak operational periods  Reliability and professionalism are essential for success in this role
