The customer service representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This role is essential to creating a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Accurately scan, process, and complete customer purchases using POS systems Handle cash, credit, etc. transactions responsibly Issue receipts, credits, or change due to customers Answer customer questions and provide product information Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area Follow company policies and procedures, including loss prevention Assist with bagging, stocking, or other duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus Basic math and computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Manual dexterity to operate register and handle merchandise Work Environment Retail environment with frequent customer interaction May require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Competitive hourly wage (in compliance with Wisconsin minimum wage laws) Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
