Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments efficiently and professionally. Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules to maximize efficiency. Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and field technicians throughout the day. Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and job information in the dispatching system. Monitor emails, scheduling software, and vendor portals for incoming service requests. Assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Support daily office operations and maintain organized documentation and data entry. Uphold company values and provide outstanding customer service on every interaction. What We're Looking For Previous customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred. Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry is a plus. Experience with ServiceTitan preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling high call volume and computer-based scheduling systems. A team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
