Customer Service & Returns Associate

Customer Service & Returns Associate Thoroughbred Diesel is looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our Core Returns Department. This is a fast-paced position that involves helping customers with returns, processing returned cores, and handling manufacturer core credits. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, communicates professionally, stays organized, and is comfortable balancing customer service with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist customers with core returns over the phone, through email, and in person Inspect and process returned cores Organize and prepare returned cores for shipment back to manufacturers Process and track manufacturer core credits Maintain organized work areas and accurate records Work closely with multiple departments to resolve return-related issues Requirements Previous customer service experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based systems Professional phone and customer interaction skills Ability to lift packages weighing up to 75 lbs Diesel truck knowledge is a plus Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Additional Information Full-time position Full Benefits Based in Winchester, KY Participation in company events and training may be required Drug screening and background check required
