Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through troubleshooting, sales assistance, and ongoing customer service. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues, guiding customers through product-related questions, and helping them find solutions that meet their needs.
salary:
$24 - $26 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues, providing clear and effective solutions. Assist customers with product-related questions and support their purchasing decisions. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information. Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer experience.
