Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Customer Service Technical Support in
Wayzata, MN Employment Type:
Contract Location:
Onsite (to transition into Hybrid) - Wayzata, MN 55391
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm •Must be flexible to start as early as 7am for meetings when needed Pay rate: $25-$27/hr
Responsibilities:
Transfer, update, and manage tickets within internal systems Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ticket activity Support internal IT processes and workflows Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution and routing of tasks Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation Follow established procedures and maintain data accuracy Participate in on-the-job training and skill development Maintain communication with internal teams as needed (no customer-facing duties)
Requirements:
