position available for a friendly, outgoing
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
to work in a fast-paced office and be flexible with their schedule. Customer Service Rep will provide customer service and order management to customers and sales representatives. This person will be the main source of contact and support for international customers and sales representatives.
You must be:

  • You take direction well and crave expanding your horizons. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Assumes responsibility for the order fulfillment process which includes entering orders, managing backorders and providing order status
  • Works with manufacturing and the warehouse to fill and ship consolidated orders
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment when dealing with customer issues and complaints
  • Provides clear communication to internal and external customers both verbal and written
  • Analyzes and recommends alternative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Identifies areas of opportunity to improve communications and efficiency of operation to improve customer satisfaction
  • Supports the team process and participates in cross-functional teams as needed Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls.
Assist customer with online orders and answer all customer questions. Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have a pleasant consumer experience. Miscellaneous administrative tasks. Other job-related activities requested. Desired Skills & Experience Outstanding customer service skills. Professional demeanor and image. Highly organized Strong computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite applications Working knowledge of
AIMS 360.
Ability to be flexible and self-sufficient. Strong oral and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
Pay:
$20.00
