Pay:
$22/hr - $24/hr, (DOE) The Planet Group is seeking a Customer Success Support professional to support ongoing projects, process improvements, and operational priorities within a dynamic business environment. This role is ideal for candidates who can quickly ramp up, adapt to change, and contribute immediately in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in: Project coordination Operations support Process improvement Customer service or related business support roles Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a temporary/contract role Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Experience analyzing performance metrics and generating reports Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM systems and SAP or similar ERP platforms Background in customer success, operations, or business process optimization
Job Responsibilities:
Support project execution and process improvement initiatives impacting multiple customers and business functions Monitor operational performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Prepare and distribute reports, status updates, and business summaries Quickly learn internal systems, processes, and workflows to support ongoing business needs Identify process gaps and operational challenges; escalate issues and contribute to solutions Maintain accurate documentation, records, and project tracking using Microsoft Office and internal systems (including SAP where applicable) Provide structured and responsive support to ensure continuity of operations during the assignment Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
