Customer Support Specialist

KNU LLC, is currently looking for a qualified individual interested in our Warranty/Customer Support Specialist position at our Ferdinand Indiana Facility.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Possess a strong focus and a sincere desire to assist customers. Assess customer-related problems or issues to develop and implement appropriate resolution within warranty guidelines. Become knowledgeable of product and parts. Assist with customer warranty claim log. Enter part orders into production system for fulfilment. Respond timely and professionally to customer calls and emails. Other duties as assigned.

Strong attention to detail Strong sense of time management Ability to prioritize Ability to multi-task and manage various customer cases at a time Ability to interact with customers and team members in professional way Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office AS400 experience a plus, but not required Education or experience required : High School or Equivalent, or a related field.

Shift:

Dayshift Monday to Friday 8 hours a day
