This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Required Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED plus 3+ years of contact center or customer service experience , including 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role . Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for up to 2 years of experience . Experience with contact center operations, coaching, performance management, quality monitoring, and attendance management preferred. Strong ability to manage a high-volume workforce and address performance/compliance issues. No license or certification required. Must obtain required City-issued identification/security clearance.
