Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $55,000- $75,300. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location. Resource Innovations is seeking an/a Client Success Manager (Compliance) to join our growing team in Boston, MA. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Manager (Compliance) with a strong background in data analysis and client coordination to join our dynamic team. As an/a Client Success Manager (Compliance) you will build strong client relationships, lead compliance-focused program reviews, analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, manage project deliverables, and present actionable recommendations to clients and key stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities Serves as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives, building trusted partnerships and ensuring client objectives are achieved. Reviews compliance dashboards, program data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement. Develops and manages project plans, tracks deliverables, and coordinates stakeholders to ensure initiatives and action items are completed on schedule. Presents compliance reviews, key findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and cross-functional stakeholders. Analyzes program performance data and compliance findings to recommend process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and program integrity. Balances multiple client priorities and facilitates collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive successful program outcomes and continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related client-facing role. Experience managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across concurrent initiatives. Experience analyzing business, operational, compliance, or program data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations. Experience developing and delivering presentations to clients, leadership teams, and large stakeholder groups. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service. Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. Preferred skills, education and experience Experience supporting utility, energy efficiency, clean energy, rebate, or compliance programs. Experience using Power BI or similar tools to review dashboards and interpret data-driven insights. Experience facilitating client-facing meetings and presenting analytical findings and recommendations to executive and cross-functional audiences.
