Job Description
Job Description C Spire Cloud Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This Project Manager will need to hit the ground running to manage IT deployments and customer projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete lifecycle of IT projects, particularly cloud deployments (Azure), infrastructure/data center implementations, and security solutionsOversee process flow around deployments for both new clients (greenfield solutions) and existing client upgradesCoordinate with internal teams (approximately 15 team members) to ensure timely project deliveryManage the end-customer experience throughout the project lifecycleIdentify, mitigate, and resolve issues that arise during implementationHelp build out and implement Agile methodology practicesNavigate and utilize existing tools like ServiceNow and Smartsheet as needed Skills and Requirements 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in a technical environmentStrong background managing process flow around deploymentsExperience managing customer-facing IT projects, particularly in cloud services, infrastructure, or securityExcellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both technical teams and customersBackground in MSP environmentsExperience supporting M&A with rapid deploymentsFamiliarity with SNOW and/or SmartsheetPMP a plus We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
