Job Description

I'm currently partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor that is continuing to invest heavily in the growth of its service division. With a strong reputation across commercial HVAC, plumbing, piping, design-build, and maintenance services, this is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with significant long-term career potential. The company operates across multiple major markets and employs over 1,600 people nationwide. As the HVAC Service Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day service operations, technician leadership, customer relationships, and business growth throughout the Nashville market. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians and Field Supervisors. Oversee preventative maintenance agreements, service operations, and emergency service response. Drive revenue growth through existing customer relationships and new business opportunities. Manage financial performance including service P&L, labor utilization, margins, and forecasting. Support recruitment, training, and retention of top service talent. Work closely with Service Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams. Ensure projects and service work are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, healthcare, industrial, and commercial clients. What We're Looking For 5+ years of leadership experience within commercial HVAC service. Previous experience as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or Senior Service Supervisor. Strong understanding of preventative maintenance agreements, service operations, and mechanical systems. Experience managing technicians, budgets, and customer accounts. Proven ability to grow service revenue and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Why This Opportunity?
