The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Develop and implement customer relations strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Train and support staff on best practices for customer service and relationship management. Qualifications Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
