Role Description The Personal Lines Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Fayetteville, AR. This role is responsible for managing personal lines accounts for individuals and families, including preparing quotes, processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. The Personal Lines Account Manager will respond to client inquiries, provide coverage explanations, handle billing questions, and assist with claims-related communication. Daily responsibilities include reviewing coverage for adequacy, maintaining accurate client records, and working with multiple carriers to secure competitive options. The role also involves collaborating with producers and team members to ensure high-quality client service and retention. Qualifications Strong client service and relationship management skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, documentation, and deadlines. Ability to learn and work within agency management systems and carrier platforms; comfort with standard office software. Knowledge or willingness to learn personal lines insurance products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) and basic underwriting concepts. Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment while also handling tasks independently and prioritizing workload. Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is preferred; personal lines account management experience is a plus. Current Property & Casualty insurance license in Arkansas or ability to obtain one within a designated timeframe. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.

Pay:
