Monday-Friday | Day Shift Job Overview We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate. If you have plumbing knowledge, electrical knowledge, and/or HVAC knowledge and enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs. Recommend complementary products through consultative upselling. Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability. Coordinate customer pickups, deliveries, and shipping requests. Pick and pack customer orders as needed. Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales aptitude with the ability to identify upselling opportunities. Positive, "Can Do" attitude. Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently stand and walk throughout the workday. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Bend, reach, squat, kneel, and climb as needed. Push and pull merchandise or carts. Alternate between customer service duties and warehouse tasks. Qualifications Plumbing, HVAC, or electrical knowledge is required. Previous counter sales, retail, or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and load plumbing materials. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay:

$15.00
