Job Description
Ecowaste Solutions is a fast-growing company in a stable, essential industry, and we're looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who's ready to lead from the front. Our customers count on us to show up, and our Customer Service team is the voice that keeps that relationship strong. In this role, you'll build and develop a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and make sure every customer interaction reflects the standard we hold ourselves to. RESPONSIBILITIESProvide overall management and leadership of the Customer Service team with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Review and approve staffing schedules to ensure coverage meets demand.
Assess training needs and oversee the development and delivery of training programs for the Customer Service team.
Create, monitor, and report performance metrics for the Customer Service department.
Identify and implement process improvements across the Customer Service department.
Make policy recommendations that align with company strategy and improve the customer experience.
Ensure the Customer Service team adheres to company policies and guidelines.
Build a unified team through effective communication, team building, motivation, and recognition.
Lead Customer Service improvement projects through effective project management and leadership.
Handle complex customer issues and escalated customer calls.
Review and approve adjustments and escalated payment arrangements.
Review and approve credit and debit memos to customer accounts.
Supervisory experience required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with computers and standard business software.
Standard office environment, Monday through Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS3-5
years of customer relations experience required.Supervisory experience required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with computers and standard business software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK
ENVIRONMENTPrimarily sedentary office work involving extended periods of computer use.Standard office environment, Monday through Friday.
