Job Description
Position Summary The Supervisor is responsible for coaching and supporting Advisor Support representatives, answering questions related to common service needs such as money movement, account maintenance, and new account opening, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of service delivery. This role requires a collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to resolving complex Financial Professional inquiries and developing a team that consistently delivers best-in-class service. The Supervisor will play a key role in supporting advisor satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and retention. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Advisor Support agents responsible for serving and retaining the Client's Financial Professionals. Establish team goals, communicate a clear vision, and take action to achieve department objectives. Coach team members using a variety of approaches to improve advisor satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and overall performance. Provide timely coaching, training, feedback, recognition, and performance management. Provide real-time support on the service floor, including assisting team members with complex questions and additional coaching needs. Monitor and participate in management chat channels to provide real-time guidance and support. Build and maintain strong internal relationships across the organization. Identify and take ownership of operational and organizational challenges that affect team performance. Adapt to changing business needs and effectively guide employees through shifting priorities. Promote a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional experiences to Financial Professionals. Support continuous improvement of Advisor Support processes, service quality, and team performance. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Minimum of 2 years of related experience within the financial services industry, with regular interaction with Financial Professionals. Experience supporting the needs of high-producing Financial Professionals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and poise in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong customer service orientation and professional presence. Demonstrated track record of customer-centric decision-making. Ability to adapt to frequent and unexpected changes while maintaining performance. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop employees across varying performance levels through established objectives, regular feedback, coaching, and recognition. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. Completion of the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination.
