This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between clients and our organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, manage various administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. The Client Coordinator will maintain client relationships and support the office's operational needs. Responsibilities Overseeing, coordinating, and being the main point of contact for all aspects of case management, including but not limited to; scheduling meetings; completing client assessments, generating Health Care Reports, Quarterly Reports, ISPs, and ensuring ISP's are properly implemented and followed for each client Overseeing and ensuring the coordination of all aspects of client health and safety, personal appointments, entering outcome information for appointments, being the main contact and coordinator for all assigned clients and scheduling clients with direct care staff Skills Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated Join our team as a Client Coordinator and be a part of our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients. Pay:
