Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager (Experienced) Local Candidates Only - Within 15 Miles of Office-GREAT
LOCATION!
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a key member of our team, you will support our personal lines clients by managing policy servicing, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Process policy endorsements and customer change requests accurately and efficiently Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Handle incoming claim calls and provide guidance to customers Review, bind, and service personal lines policies Accept and process premium payments Document all client interactions within the agency management system Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-up Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance customer coverage Provide a welcoming, professional experience for all clients—both in person and over the phone Qualifications & Requirements Active Property & Casualty License (Required) Insurance industry experience is required Must have prior experience working with at least two of the following carriers : Mercury Insurance, Safeco Insurance, or Progressive Experience using an Agency Management System Must reside within 15 miles of the office What We're Looking For Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional phone presence and etiquette Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Positive, upbeat attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Strong attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, and documentation Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to client retention and service Why Join Us?
