Jr Account Managers are members of the Account Management team in the areas of Corporate Events, Touring/Concerts, TV & Film, Special Events and Festivals. These individuals have a desire to learn all aspects of the Entertainment Lighting Industry through the front-line Account Management team. They support our experienced SR Account Managers who support and coordinate directly with our clients to ensure every aspect of their event lighting is designed, staffed, delivered, and overseen. Position Responsibilities of JR Account Manager may include, but not limited to: Answer incoming client calls for new orders or updates on existing orders. Create quotes with support of the VP of Sales using the inventory system, Flex. Work with Asset Management team to ensure Gear is available Assist with responses to formal RFQs. Works with Operations on scheduling gear deliveries and pick up times Update Operations on last minute changes to orders Work with Accounts Receivable on submitting final invoices upon completion of the event. Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and requests Coordinate project details with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, etc.) Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met Help resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate client records and documentation Track job progress and provide updates to clients and management Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
Required Skills and JR Account Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required) 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or account coordination experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Organized Client forward Flexible on work schedules and available on weekends if needed Excellent Communication skills (phone and in-person) Capacity to learn large amounts of different types of lighting inventory and its applications
Team Player Physical Requirements:
Sitting at a computer for full 8-hour shift, frequently Walking frequently. Stooping and bending frequently. When on client sites, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Core hours:
