• Overview
• Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an organized Office Administrator to support a growing healthcare organization in Carlsbad, CA. This role focuses on insurance coordination, client intake, and administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Coordinate client services with insurance providers and clinical staff + Verify eligibility, benefits, and manage authorizations + Support client intake and discharge processes + Maintain client records, call lists, and authorization tracking + Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards + Handle administrative communications and general office operations + Assist with team coverage, meetings, and occasional outreach events •Qualifications•+ Bachelor's degree preferred (Business or Healthcare Administration) + Experience in a medical/healthcare office required + Knowledge of insurance verification and authorizations + Strong organizational and communication skills + Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check Apply today to join a collaborative team making a difference in patient care.
