Natural Pilates is a Los Angeles and New York City-based Pilates company continuing to grow its footprint. Our studios feature group Reformer and mat Pilates classes as well as private sessions. The Studio Manager will work closely with regional and corporate leadership to maintain strong operations and an excellent client experience. Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including client check-ins, booking group classes and private sessions, and collecting outstanding dues Resolve client complaints and answer policy questions; collaborate with regional management on complex client matters Manage operational tasks such as studio supply ordering, completing monthly inventory, and reconciling daily no-shows/cancellations Ensure the studio and equipment remain in excellent condition and fully functioning Drive sales for memberships, class packages, private sessions, and retail Create an inspiring environment for trainers to encourage exceptional customer service and performance Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to trainers through evaluations, client input, and class participation Support social media content, promotions, and in-studio events Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring studio employees, and onboard new staff Run financial reports including weekly sales, retention, utilization, expenses, and monthly payroll Report weekly to the Regional Manager and Business Owner Support multiple LA studio locations as needed

Requirements:

3-5 years of management experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing industry Bachelor's degree preferred Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster a welcoming client community Ability to multi-task and manage ongoing projects and scheduling conflicts Strong interest in business operations, with experience interpreting data Able to work independently, make decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Extremely detail-oriented and organized Excellent client relations and communication skills Team-oriented with proven leadership experience Passion for fitness and wellness Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets) Experience with Walla strongly preferred Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed Must be able to lift or carry at least 30 pounds About Natural Pilates Founded in 2005 by Master Trainer Laura Wilson, Natural Pilates offers Pilates equipment classes in studio locations on the East and West Coasts, livestream and on-demand workouts on Natural Pilates TV, comprehensive teacher training for aspiring instructors, accredited continuing education workshops for Nationally Certified Pilates Teachers, and a full line of fitness apparel and props.
