Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance such as oil change, tire rotation, brake repairs, etc.
- Oversee daily operations of the lube center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise team, ability to to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers
- Overseeing the overall functioning of the service center including, maintenance, security, and compliance with regulations
- Maintaining effective communication channels with staff and management
- Ensuring high quality customer service and satisfaction by maintaining standards and addressing customer concerns
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Enforce organizational, safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Hire, and train new staff members
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment
Experience Needed:
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Proficient in training development and implementation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively manage inventory control processes
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to make sound decisions and capability to think strategically
- Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and find practical solutions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role (required)
- Automotive experience (required)
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic & trainable
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
