Client Experience CoordinatorThe Spa at Personal Choice | Eureka, California For over 40 years, The Spa at Personal Choice has been known for exceptional customer care, professionalism, and helping people look and feel their best. We're looking for an outstanding Client Experience Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our spa. This is much more than answering phones. You'll help create exceptional client experiences while keeping the spa running smoothly behind the scenes. Our ideal candidate... Notices details that other people miss. Reads people well and anticipates clients' needs before they're asked. Thrives in a fast-paced environment without becoming flustered. Can juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and positive. Takes ownership, follows through, and doesn't wait to be told what to do. Enjoys helping a team achieve goals. Is confident recommending services and retail products that genuinely benefit clients. Is comfortable learning new technology and enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to work. Thinks beyond today's schedule and is always looking for ways to improve tomorrow.
Responsibilities include:
Creating an exceptional first and last impression for every client. Coordinating schedules and maximizing appointment opportunities. Supporting retail sales, memberships, and client education. Assisting with marketing projects, promotions, and social media. Monitoring daily goals and helping the team stay focused and productive. Maintaining daily operational checklists and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Helping improve systems and efficiency as our business continues to grow. Preferred Experience Spa, salon, medical, dental, hospitality, or high-end customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and computer skills. Comfortable multitasking while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. What Makes This Position Different? We're not looking for someone to simply answer phones.
