Job Description

Specialized Coating Services LLC is a leading, bi-coastal provider of advanced PCB coating, potting, and ruggedization services. We specialize in safeguarding mission-critical electronics operating in harsh environments across high-reliability industries, including aerospace, defense, space, medical devices, and renewable energy. Operating out of state-of-the-art, certified facilities, we utilize cutting-edge processes—such as liquid and parylene conformal coatings, nano-coatings, and automated encapsulation—to ensure unmatched component reliability from prototype to full-scale production. We are in search of a Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
Understand customer goals and remain alert and responsive to changing customer needs Provide timely and thorough feedback that addresses all customers' questions and concerns Ensure customer satisfaction through all levels of communication Ensure all customer documentation is the most recent revision and matches the SpecCoat process documentation. Manage customer quote requests and coordinate re-quotes per SpecCoat guidelines. Maintain customer purchase orders and ensure shipments are made against the correct PO and quoted price. Improve and drive production schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Engineering, Production Procurement, and Quality, to ensure timely workflow and efficient resource allocation. Identify potential production issues and propose solutions to minimize disruptions and delays. Collaborate closely with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and components to support production schedules.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and account management within a manufacturing environment(preferred). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge or experience in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

NetSuite and Jira experience Microsoft Suite experience
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
