Entry Level Manager Responsibilities Work directly with customers to introduce telecommunications services and solutions Support daily sales activity and customer service interactions Assist customers with service selection, questions, and enrollments Build strong customer relationships through professional communication Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly goals Track sales activity, customer interactions, and team performance Entry Level Manager Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in sales, leadership, and business development Comfortable working directly with customers and teams Motivated, goal-driven mindset Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
