Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team in Fullerton, CA. In this role, you will support the sales department by managing customer requests, preparing quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities Receive and prioritize daily assignments from the Sales Manager, including customer RFQs and follow-up requests. Source RFQ line items using company databases and industry platforms. Prepare and submit customer quotations accurately and on time using the company ERP system. Coordinate with procurement, expeditors, sales coordinators, and other departments to ensure timely responses to customer requests. Communicate with vendors and customers regarding stock availability, lead times, pricing, and order status. Resolve issues related to rejected items, shortages, and other order-related concerns. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Provide outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships. Assist the Sales Manager with departmental activities and provide leadership support when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or 3-4 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry. Previous experience in aerospace distribution, brokering, MRO, or trading is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Basic math skills, including percentages, margins, and markups. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
