$22-$23/hour starting pay Quarterly bonus opportunities Stable, growing company Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a direct impact on site success Position Responsibilities As a Site Manager, you will oversee daily operations and help drive the success of the property by: Managing day-to-day facility operations Driving occupancy and profitable sales Renting storage units and RV parking spaces Building strong relationships with customers and vendors Maintaining communication with the main office Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Managing cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately Pursuing collections on delinquent accounts Completing accurate and timely bank deposits Reviewing and interpreting operational reports Delivering exceptional customer service Training and coaching staff members Performing light maintenance and general property upkeep

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of self-storage experience Minimum 5 years of customer service experience Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience High School Diploma or GED required College education is a plus Strong computer proficiency, including: Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with self-storage software preferred Ability to perform light maintenance duties Ability to lift at least 40 pounds Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Join Our Team!
