Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Distribution Customer Service Agent & Office Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: overseeing the workflow in the warehouse of receipts, orders, and meeting daily operational deadlines. Manage customer inquiries and requests via computer systems and Microsoft Teams. Conduct daily update calls and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal systems. logistics background Monitor warehouse workflow both on the floor and through system-based tracking tools. Collaborate with team members and management to assess and respond to client needs. Qualifications Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a history of excellent attendance. Flexible schedule availability, including early arrivals or late departures as needed. Ownership mindset with demonstrated leadership qualities. Team-oriented with effective communication skills across all levels. Experience hosting and preparing for customer meetings via Microsoft Teams. Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and Word. Ability to type 45wpm Excellent written, verbal, and reading comprehension skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear communication.

•5 pm Pay rate: $20-28 Customer Service Representative

•For this role, we're looking for someone with a logistics background or strong customer service experience who can keep up in a fast paced environment and is open to learning. They should also feel comfortable using Excel.
