We help people pursue optimal health through expert coaching, high-touch service, and a strong community. We are looking for a confident, relationship-driven individual to join our Member Success team. The primary focus of this role is to generate membership growth by responding to leads, booking introductory experiences, following up consistently, and converting prospective clients into members. This is an active sales and relationship-building position—not a passive reception role. The right person will create a personal connection with every prospective and current member, contribute to our community, deliver an exceptional client experience, and assist management with sales, operations, and member-retention initiatives.

$21-$25 per hour

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, plus 1-2 weekend shifts per month Benefits Complimentary Lab membership Additional complimentary membership for one family member Primary Responsibilities Drive membership growth by actively managing leads from initial inquiry through conversion. Respond promptly to leads by phone, email, and text. Schedule tours, assessments, trial classes, and introductory experiences. Conduct consistent sales follow-up and confidently ask prospective clients to join. Build personal relationships and help each prospective member understand how The Lab can support their goals. Maintain accurate lead, sales, and membership records in Salesforce and
MINDBODY.
Guide new members through agreements, questionnaires, scheduling, and onboarding. Deliver a high-touch client experience through personal greetings, proactive check-ins, and thoughtful follow-up. Build community by helping members feel recognized, connected, and supported. Identify members who may need additional support and assist with retention efforts. Answer membership, scheduling, account, and policy questions professionally and empathetically. Assist management with sales initiatives, reporting, client communication, operational projects, and daily priorities. Support facility operations by maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and professional environment. Follow opening, closing, onboarding, sales, and client-service procedures consistently. Requirements Previous sales or customer-service experience Confident initiating conversations, following up, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Excellent communication by phone, email, text, and in person Professional, positive, compassionate, and highly people-focused Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive and able to complete responsibilities without constant supervision Enthusiastic about health, fitness, wellness, and helping people Familiarity with Salesforce, MINDBODY, Excel, Word, or Google Workspace is preferred How Success Will Be Measured Lead response time and follow-up consistency Tours, assessments, and trial experiences booked Lead-to-membership conversion New membership growth Complete and professional member onboarding Member engagement, satisfaction, and retention Accurate sales and client records Reliable assistance to management Consistent facility and operational standards How to Apply Please submit your résumé and a brief introduction through Indeed explaining your sales or client-service experience and why you are interested in joining The Lab.
