LEAD SETTER
You never have a second chance to make a first impression. As Lead Setter, you are the first impression of Re-Bath for our customers. Do you have a smile you can hear on the phone? Do you enjoy building rapport with people? Are you organized and efficient? Then this is your chance to be the first step in the customer-focused, effortless experience at Re-Bath.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for prospective customers/leads, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with customers in their homes Verify qualifying questions and enter information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform Schedule Installations and coordinate any rescheduling as needed Provide assistance to customers entering the showroom Provide support in office administration and customer service Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources
QUALIFICATIONS 2-3
years of customer service experience Excellent verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience working with CRM software preferred Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented Self-motivated and strong work ethic High school diploma or GED require
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
