We are seeking a passionate and proactive Client account Associate to join our team. The Client account Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and leadership support, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and helping clients maximize the value they receive from our products and services. Associate Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests via direct face to face, phone, email, or live chat.
Problem Resolution:
Address client concerns and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Resolve escalated complex customer issues, supporting fellow team members when necessary.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to provide clients with accurate information and guidance on how to maximize service value.
Account Management:
Manage client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This includes handling updates, renewals, and any service adjustments.
Client Education:
Educate clients on product features, service options, and best practices, empowering them to make informed decisions and use our products and services effectively.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and report insights to the relevant teams to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to client service.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate sales records of client interactions, including inquiries, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
Service Optimization:
Proactively identify opportunities for clients to take advantage of additional services or features that can enhance their experience with our company.
Client Account Associate Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client services, or account management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams. Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service. Experience in the telecommunications industry or product-specific knowledge is a plus but not required.

$54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
