We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support customers, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email + Process orders and update customer accounts + Coordinate with internal departments on customer requests + Maintain CRM and customer records + Prepare reports and documentation

Requirements Requirements:
