What You'll Do:
Provide a welcoming, "red-carpet" client experience by greeting clients, assisting with check-in, and ensuring a professional and organized intake process. Conduct initial client intake assessments, gather required information, and verify identification and supporting documentation. Capture and process client fingerprints, submit them to the FBI, and accurately scan/upload all related records into the case management system. Manage client documentation workflows, including scanning contracts, forms, and supporting materials, and preparing intake folders for internal teams. Coordinate client communications by answering and directing incoming calls, confirming appointments, and assisting with scheduling or rescheduling as needed. Collect client payments in accordance with established safety and handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain a clean, organized client-facing environment, including restocking supplies, preparing welcome kits, and ensuring reception readiness. Support operational efficiency by completing inventory checks and helping ensure client satisfaction aligns with established performance standards.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages 1-3 years of customer service or client-facing experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using standard business systems Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Apply Today!
