Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Account Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Pico Rivera, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong account relationships, coordinating orders, and keeping projects moving smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Customer Account Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for customers while partnering closely with sales, operations, production, logistics, and leadership teams. - Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order updates, account requests, and issue resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately, including purchase order review, pricing, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Track orders through production, scheduling, fulfillment, and delivery to help ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate multiple customer projects while communicating milestones, timelines, and status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, production, and logistics to support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, prepare reports, assist with quotes, and support billing, shipping, and service-related follow-up. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE.

Location:
Pico Rivera, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, sales support, or a related role.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a customer support, client care, or account coordination environment is highly aligned with this opportunity.
- Experience processing orders and managing customer accounts.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional problem-solving skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or order fulfillment environment.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
- Prior experience coordinating projects between customers, operations, production, and logistics teams.
- Experience preparing customer reports, quotes, documentation, or account status updates.
