About the Role Join our vibrant creative team as a Studio Manager and help guests discover and express their artistic talents. This dynamic, hands-on role blends leadership, customer service, and studio operations to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for guests of all ages and skill levels. As a Studio Manager, you will lead daily operations, support and guide your team, and ensure each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You'll play a key role in fostering a fun, safe, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and meaningful connection. About Us For over 30 years, Petroglyph Ceramic Lounge has set the standard for upscale paint-your-own pottery experiences. We combine beautifully curated spaces with thoughtful, attentive service to offer guests a place to slow down, unwind, reconnect, and create something meaningful. Who we're looking for This role is ideal for someone with a background in management, hospitality, boutique retail, guest services, or creative studios who thrives in a warm, people-centered environment. You are a confident and supportive leader who can manage a team of 5-10 employees while maintaining high standards of service and team morale. You may be a great fit if you have: A polished, professional presence and outstanding interpersonal skills Proven success in management, hospitality, retail, or guest experience roles Confidence engaging with a diverse range of customers Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset A collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to high standards Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, hands-on environment An appreciation for creativity, design, or the arts (a plus, not required) Key Responsibilities Create a warm, welcoming environment for all guests Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience Lead and support a team to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio Oversee backroom pottery processes and studio preparation Process transactions and manage POS systems Manage quarterly inventory Take ownership of sales performance, staffing, and payroll management Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Confident, friendly, and professional in customer interactions Experience with scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training staff Experience with inventory management Comfortable using POS systems and performing basic math Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English Availability to work weekends and some weekdays Interest in art or ceramics is a plus Benefits Competitive hourly pay Gratuity in addition to base wage Generous employee discount Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Physical Requirements This position requires standing and moving throughout the studio for extended periods.
