What We Need:
The Manager, Client Success is a key member of the Client Success organization, responsible for delivering exceptional pre and post sale support for digital campaigns and driving strong performance, renewals, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital strategy, campaign execution, and cross functional operations across all iHeart digital platforms. A typical day involves balancing a wide range of responsibilities, including digital media planning, campaign setup and optimization, performance monitoring, and strategic client support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable navigating fast moving, deadline driven environments.What You'll Do:
Develop strategic digital media plans with sellers, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs. Drive renewals and revenue growth by setting campaigns up for success and identifying upsell opportunities. Oversee campaign launches, including accurate booking, media reservations, and proper contract documentation. Monitor performance and proactively deliver insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations to internal teams. Maintain thorough account and campaign records in Salesforce and Ad+. Build deep expertise in iHeartMedia's digital product suite to effectively support client outcomes. Apply strong attention to detail when managing complex orders, performance data, and reporting. Communicate proactively and clearly with support teams, sales, and ad operations to ensure smooth fulfillment. Demonstrate familiarity with key digital terms and products (impressions, net/gross cost, buffers, podcasts, streaming, banners). Manage time effectively, balancing workload and communicating timelines or potential delays. Work independently as a proactive problem-solver and self-starter. Utilize Outlook, Excel, and related software tools with confidence.What You'll Need:
Experience working for or closely with media or creative agencies. Strong background in digital media planning or activation preferred. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities to add value at every stage of the campaign lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach. Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Resourceful, solutions‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Self‑motivated with a desire to build, innovate, and take ownership of responsibilities. Creative, passionate about digital media, and eager to bring forward new ideas. Salesforce experience is a plus. Ability to work in PST time zone required.What You'll Bring:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $23.08- $28.
