The Role The Client Care Manager is part of a team of Client Care Managers who own the client relationship for your assigned group of clients from the very start. You take the first call from a worried family, sit with them in their home, earn the yes, and then stay their one person for the life of the client. This is the most important seat in our company — part consultative sales, part care management, all relationship. You will report to the Director of Business Development. What You'll Do Respond to every new inquiry within one hour and guide the family from first call to decision. Book and run in-home consultations and assessments. Sign up new clients, complete the agreements, and build the Care Plan the same day. Follow our new client success program. Keep a regular touch rhythm for the life of the client. Observe caregivers in the home and check off their skills. Follow our client retention success program. Coordinate with home health, hospice, and the other partners in the home. What Success Looks Like High conversion rate of inquiry to new client Strong retention through the first 90 days. Families who give positive feedback often Requirements Bachelor's degree required; a degree or background in social work or nursing is a plus. 3+ years of experience in sales and/or client management. Consultative selling with genuine empathy — you can sit with a scared family and lead them to a good decision. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comfort working in clients' homes daily. Same-day documentation habits. Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday-Friday; consultations and introductions are scheduled around family availability and will include some evenings.
Salary:
$68-72K plus commission, bonus We will be conducting interviews beginning next week - apply today!

$68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
