Job Description

Client Experience & Sales Coordinator (Premium Automotive Services) Mountainside Auto Refinement is a fast-growing, premium automotive detailing and protection company based in Castle Rock, Colorado. We specialize in high-end vehicle care, including detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and more. We are looking for a Client Experience & Sales Coordinator who takes pride in communication, organization, and creating a great first impression for every customer—both over the phone and in person. This is not a typical front desk role. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping our schedule full, our customers taken care of, and our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries in a friendly, professional manner Greet clients in person and create a welcoming, high-quality experience in our shop Guide customers to the appropriate service based on their needs Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Follow up with leads who have not yet booked Follow up with completed jobs to ensure satisfaction and help generate reviews Maintain clear and organized communication with both clients and team members Help ensure the schedule stays full and efficient What We're Looking For Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly tone Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable talking with customers and asking the right questions Reliable, responsive, and accountable Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Someone who takes pride in their work and how they present themselves Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Schedule $23-$25/hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses per booked job Consistent part-time schedule (Monday-Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 24 hours/week) Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands Why This Role Matters This position is a key part of our customer experience.
