Job Description

The Brush Crazy Studio Manager oversees daily studio operations, staff performance, customer experience, and large‑scale event coordination. This role manages leads, networks in the community, and works closely with the owner to maintain a fun, creative, guest‑focused environment. Artistic skill is not required, but passion for creativity is essential. Key Responsibilities Studio Operations — Maintain a clean, organized, guest‑ready studio; manage inventory and kiln schedules. Customer Experience — Greet guests, guide projects, resolve issues, and support sales. Staff Leadership — Schedule, train, coach, and hold staff accountable. Large‑Scale Events — Coordinate off‑site and high‑volume events; prepare supplies; oversee setup/cleanup. Lead Management — Respond to inquiries, nurture leads, and convert bookings. Community Networking — Build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local businesses. Admin & Reporting — Manage POS, cash handling, labor control, and communicate updates to the owner. Qualifications Leadership Experience in retail, hospitality, or creative environments. Strong Customer Service and communication skills. Creative Comfort — passion for art and hands‑on experiences.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
