Electrical Service Manager Details:

Direct Hire position $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /annually Full Time work available First Shift Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service customers. Meet with customers to evaluate electrical service needs and recommend solutions. Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements. Schedule and coordinate service calls, maintenance work, and emergency repairs. Manage and support a team of service electricians and technicians. Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service. Conduct job site visits and quality inspections. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

Electrical Service Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred. Previous experience in a leadership, foreman, superintendent, or service management role preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting. Experience working directly with customers and preparing estimates. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license.
